- There is an unlimited time frame to redeem your points.
- No freight will be charged when you are redeeming tools with your points
- Each month you will receive a statement including how many points you have earnt and your totally points tally.
- You cannot redeem a certain amount with points and pay for the remainder. When redeeming tools, you can only use your points.
- Points don’t apply to freight charges or GST, you will be notified on every invoice how many points you have earnt with your order.
- You cannot use your points on other tools or cable accessories such as copper or bi-metal lugs & links. You can only redeem the tools listed on our loyalty rewards program page. Contact us to request a copy of our list of redeemable tools or view on our webpage here!
- Points will be deducted on credits.
